Connected to field sales.

From the sale to the stock count

Keep inventory
close to the action.

01

Capture the field sale.

Connect a rep’s recorded sale to the products and quantities sold, so the inventory system can act on the transaction.

02

Update remaining stock.

Use incoming sales to reduce the relevant inventory count. See the stock remaining without a separate round of manual sales reconciliation.

03

Share the current picture.

Keep the sales team and office working from the same inventory information as field transactions reach the system.

A clearer handoff

Keep the work moving.

  1. 01Sale recorded in the field
  2. 02Product and quantity matched
  3. 03Inventory updated
  4. 04Remaining stock visible

Example: a recorded sale of 3 units reduces a starting count of 24 to 21. Real-time updates depend on connectivity and the connected sales system.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Who is field sales inventory tracking for?

Teams that sell products away from a central desk and need those sales reflected in their inventory. We start with where stock is held, who sells it, and how a completed sale is recorded.

What does real time mean here?

Stock updates as sale records reach the connected system. Network reception, sales-system access, and integration timing affect how quickly a field transaction appears. Offline selling and later synchronization need a defined workflow.

Does it replace physical stock counts?

Sales update the recorded balance, but opening stock, deliveries, returns, damage, and corrections still matter. We agree how those changes enter the system so the sales-driven count stays useful.

Can sales also update a rep’s commission?

A recorded sale can be the input for both inventory and automatic commission calculation. We define product matching, rep attribution, and commission rules before connecting the two workflows.
